Bridgestock Housing specialise in young peoples services ,adult services, mother & baby and homelessness. We offer a therapeutic service specialise in young adults age 16+ care leavers transitioning to independent living. Adult accommodation & support services, Mother and baby accommodation & support services.
By offering a range of packages tailored to the clients needs we help people to achieve their goals, make individual choices that will improve their well being and quality of life. We believe that every individual deserves the right support to help them reach their true potential.
Support
We offer a range of support packages, to young adults age 16 + who are in care or care leavers transitioning into independent living. Adult, Mother & baby services. Our packages are flexible and tailored to each individual customer needs. offering floating support to 24 hour and step down services.
Accommodation
We provide shared semi independent homes all with own en-suites, stand alone, mother and baby units based in the heart of Surrey, All our properties are set within a therapeutic location. Our properties are mainly houses that share the communal spaces, The rooms are bright and spacious all with en-suites giving the clients the privacy they deserve. All properties have access to outside space. We also provide self contained units for step down once the clients are ready to live independently.
Teaching
We teach young people ,adults life skills, young mothers parenting skills, that helps promote their well being. Skills include, budgeting, cooking ,shopping and much more.
We aim to support all our clients to give them the best chance of succeeding in life.
Our team specialise in CBT, Mindfulness and DBT evidence based theories that enables and support people to make significant positive changes to their lives.
